Stephen A Smith apology.

Can I say something…….this just made me sick. Do we really need to be so PC? Can we not keep it real anymore. The man said women shouldn’t put themselves in the position where they are provoking a man to hit them. Are we saying that it’s impossible for a any women to do this? Do women hold no culpability in possibly inciting a situation to where it gets physical?

I feel a man shouldn’t abuse a woman, I stand by that. But to say there are no variables to be imagined were a woman might get struck because of her inability to compose herself is foolish to me. You hit me enough, especially in a situation where I’m trying to restrain or remove myself from the situation….you might get slapped. Point blank. Don’t give me this ” even if a woman punching or kicking you, you suppose to walk away” nonsense. What if you in….. an elevator? And can’t leave. If a women gets hit guys a criminal. If a women hits a man he’s SOFT.

And I say that to say this…can we stop the double standard? That it’s okay to hit a man but it’s not okay to hit a woman. It’s just like boxing, protect yourself at all times. You bold enough to hit me then you should brace yourself just in case of a return shot. “But women can’t defend themselves, men have an spin fair advantage physically”…yea so does an adult have advantage over a child. Doesn’t stop you from “whooping his/her ass”. But that’s discipline right? There’s a difference between abuse and being hit. Clarify that with yourself. No way and hell this man should have had to get on television to give “that” apology. Maybe it was his choice but damn that he said nothing wrong to me. If Stephen Smith has to apologize publicly then I want one from Solange and Hilary Clinton too. Domestic Violence works both ways. #stephenasmith #espn #domesticviolence

Salute to the enduring spirit of the children of the slaves…

A lot of the men and women that had to endure this are still alive. Don’t let white people act like this is the distant past. It’s not.

Fucking monsters.

American history. American present.

Never forget

I didn’t want to reblog this because of how uncomfortable it made me feel and then I realized, that’s the exact reason I need to reblog it.

Mad now.
